Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Submit the order number through the Contact page as soon as possible.
Delivered products
Any remedy depends on order condition, packaging, temperature exposure, product integrity and applicable law. Contact support promptly if a shipment arrives damaged or does not match the order.
Problems with an order
Include the order number, delivery date, product, batch number and supporting photos where relevant so the issue can be reviewed.
